The very peaceful residence, built at the end of a private road, is only 5 minute drive from the airport, grocery store, restaurants and 10 minute drive from Gustavia.
The living, dining, kitchen and bedroom 2 are on the ground floor of the villa, whereas the large master bedroom is on the first level with a terrace overlooking St Jean bay.
