Plantation Villa is located in the gated 24 hour security community of Almond Grove Estates, Dutch St. Maarten.

You enter on ground level stepping into a very large open space with Marazzi tiles and beautiful tropical plantings. A perfect private space for relaxing or entertaining.

On this level there are two en suite bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a king bed. No expense was spared in the bathrooms.

You can access the upper level by either interior or exterior staircases.

The main level features a large living area with TV and a dining area with comfortable seating for 8 guests.

The modern kitchen is complete with with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A gas grill is located right off the kitchen by a separate door.

This level opens to a full length veranda that has mountain and partial sea vistas.

This level has 2 bedrooms and one and half baths. The en suite bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a full size bed.

There is air conditioning throughout and access to a common pool which is only available to six other units that sit to the rear of the property.
