Indigo Bay is very conveniently located, close (5 min. drive) to grocery stores and just a 15-minute drive to downtown Philipsburg for duty-free shopping, and a wide array of bars and restaurants. |

Please be assured that while the view from Villa Aqua remains unaffected, and there is a protective wall between the project (on the left) and the villa, we want to be transparent about potential noise disturbances. Though privacy is maintained, there is also a possibility of some dust entering the property during the construction period. Inquire for the latest status. All above mentioned rates are per night.
