Villa Filao is located in Orient Bay, a little hillside to get a small view on St Barth, but close enough to be walking distance to the beach. Totally renovated and tastefully furnished, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 are king size and 1 has 2 twins each one with ensuite bathroom. The Master suite has a big modern bathroom with tub and bog shower.
Air conditioned throughout, the villa has a full equipped kitchen and living room with a Smart TV with French Cable ( Netflix...), WiFi internet. A laundry room offers a washer and a dryer.
Sliding doors open from the living area and 2 front bedrooms onto a sunny and private terrace with swimming pool and outside area and BBQ.
The villa is just a 5 minute walk away from St Martin's most popular beach, Orient bay, with its great choice of fun bars, excellent restaurants and various watersports facilities. By night the gourmet restaurants on La Place du Village are also just a 5 minute with safe walk.
