The duplex apartment features a separate bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The second bedroom on the mezzanine also has a 2m king size bed. The shower room and toilet are separate.

The open-plan kitchen leading into the living room is fully equipped. The balcony offers a sea view with morning sun, and there is a table for 6 people. The apartment is fully air-conditioned

The residence offers 2 large swimming pools with direct access to the beach.
