Directly on Little Bay Beach, this comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom cozy apartment directly overlooks the beach with a private balcony located at the Belair Beach Hotel. This apartment has been in the same family since 1983 and is now being made available for vacation rentals for the first time.
Located at The Belair Beach Hotel, the only All Suite Oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities. Sit on your own private terrace overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea and watch the world go by. Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts sit majestically in the distance. Cruise ships entering and departing Philipsburg pass by in all their glory.
With easy access to the onsite restaurant Gingerbread Cafe, our convenient and well stocked Mini Mart, our activities center, The Belair Beach Hotel is a wonderful place to plan your St. Maarten experience while enjoying the home away from home feeling.

Full sized refrigerator, automatic ice maker, two burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchenware
- Amenities:
High speed Wireless secured internet through the property, a flatscreen television in the living room with access to US channels. On premise restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There are two elevators that service all four floors of the building. Standby generator power is in place should there be a power outage. Wheelchair access is available to the apartment, restaurant and pool.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, in room safety deposit boxes, washer/dryer, ironing board, an iron and an alarm clock with USB ports, hair dryer.
Beach chairs and beach towels are available to guests. The apartment includes linens, bath towels and daily maid service.
