The 4th bedroom and bath are in the nearby cottage with its own TV, VCR, and stereo sound system plus a Steinway grand piano in the cottage living room.
The grounds are beautifully maintained and feature specimens of virtually every flowering plant and tree native to St.Martin. Carissa, not indigenous, thrives and blooms continually.
While restaurants of St.Martin are widely praised, dining-in is another option for those who enjoy cooking given the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, daily maid service, and readily available gourmet ingredients imported from the U.S. and France.
Three superb beaches are within a few minutes' drive from the front gate, but many guests are perfectly content to remain on the property enjoying the tradewinds and the total privacy the site affords.
