This privately owned villa is complete with all equipment and utilities, and is run by the owner's trained staff, which consists of a Cook, Maid, Laundress and Gardener.

Hamble House is situated on the West Coast and in the Sandy Lane Estate. It is 5 minutes away by car from Sandy Lane Hotel and Beach and from shopping in Holetown; 4 miles from the capital, Bridgetown, and 11 miles from the Airport.

The Guest of Hamble House have private access to the exclusive beach at Sandy Lane. The Owners are members of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Association who runs the beach facility at Sandy Lane beach. The facilities include: - Lounge area, Changing rooms, Toilet facilities and Car parking area. Beach chairs and cushions belonging to Hamble House and are available for use on the beach. Access to the private beach is via the main entrance of Sandy Hotel. The beach is less than 5 minutes drive from Hamble House.

Hamble House is located on the 12th Tee of the Sandy Lane Golf & Country Club. The Clubhouse is five minutes away by car from Hamble House. The original Old Nine at Sandy Lane and the Clubhouse are adjacent to the entrance of the Sandy Lane Hotel. The Green Monkey Golf Course may be played by special arrangement with Sandy Lane Hotel. Club rental is available at both the new and old Clubhouse.
