The villa has a wonderful outdoor dining area to enjoy the view of the lagoon, mountains and boats that are passing by. The kitchen is a gourmet Italian kitchen, fully equipped. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, full oven. Villa includes safe, plunge pool, garden and lots of deck space on all 3 levels. You have a gym on premises for your usage.
