DeLuxe Room

Rooms are spacious with large terraces that overlook the pool, beach and ocean. They feature an exotic and romantic mix of colonial furnitures while maintaining the modern conveniences and comforts of home.

The Deluxe Pool View rooms are at ground floor and have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden or the sea. Rooms that are adjoining can be connected together. They include a sitting area with a double bed or 2 twin beds, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower.

The Deluxe Sea View rooms are on the first floor and have a very beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to have a second room on the floor above. They include a sitting area with a king bed, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, and bathroom with bath-tub.

Ocean Front Room

With all conveniences and refinement, the Ocean View Rooms invite you to enjoy cool and relaxing moments surrounded by fantastic views of the beach and ocean.

The rooms on the beach level have a bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower and can be connected together.

The rooms at the 1st floor have a bathroom with bath-tub and it is possible to have a second room on the floor above.

They include a sitting area with a king bed, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette.

Junior Suite

Subtle blending of natural colors for a colonial touch environment, the junior suites offer a magic view of the beach and the ocean

With an ample size of over 900 sq. feet, both of our junior suites include a sitting area with a king bed and a settee, a terrace (285 sq. feet) with teak lounge chairs and table and a large bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower.

The Orient Bay Suite is on ground floor beach front. The Presidential Suite, on the 1st floor, overlooks Orient Bay.

Duplex

An ideal accommodation to enjoy the comfort of living with your family or friends, our duplexes offer 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms and a large terrace facing the ocean.

The Duplex Rooms include a room with a king bed, a bathroom with bath-tub, a terrace of 105 sq. feet, and on the upper floor a room offering a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom with shower.

  • Reservation and Cancellation policy : All bookings require a credit card number to confirm reservations. - January 1 to April 8, 2007 and From January 1 to March 29, 2008, a 3 day penalty applies if not cancelled 7 days before arrival. - From April 9 to December 21, 2007, a 1 night penalty applies if not cancelled 3 days before arrival. - December 22 to December 31, 2007: full prepayments is required to secure the reservation, refundable only if cancellation notice is received by hotel 30 days prior to check in. 7 nights minimum are required.
  • MINIMUM STAY : December 25 – December 31, 2007 : 7 night minimum stay. No minimum stay required for all other dates
  • We accept Cash in EURO or USD, Travellers' cheques and Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
  • Personal cheques are not accepted.

Directions: When you leave the airport, you turn right in the direction of MARIGOT. Once you have gone through MARIGOT, follow the signs for GRANDE CASE going through RAMBAUD and LA SAVANE along the way. After GRAND CASE, you follow the direction of QUATIER D"ORLEANS. In approximately 5 km, you will arrive at the RESIDENCES OF ORIENT BAY, turn left and follow the road straight to the Village d'Orient and follow the signs for ALAMANDA RESORT.
