Villa Eden is an idyllic beachfront property located on one of St. Martin’s finest beaches, beautiful Baie Longue, home to the world renowned hotel La Samanna. This family estate has been totally remodelled for its launch onto the rental market. Offering 4 + 1 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioned living areas, covered terrace / dining area and fully equipped BBQ area, perfect for outdoor entertaining, a large pool and direct access to the beach. There is also a tennis court and a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned gym to complete this haven of tropical tranquility.

Eden has a newly resurfaced Tennis Court. To take full advantage of this tennis court, the villa offers 1 free tennis lesson of 1 hour for every 7 night booking (Or a 1 hour personal coach in the fitness room)
