Seven and More Bedroom Villas - St.Maarten/St.Martin
General Notes: Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and based on weekly rentals. For stays longer or shorter (3-4 days min.) than a week, prices are pro-rated. Rentals can start and end on any day of the week. Rates are excluding government tax and service charge (totalling about 5-10%, depending on villa). Airport transfers are almost always included. Most of the villas also have concierge services. Prices quoted here and on all other pages of this website are subject to change without notice. We try to keep all rates current, but sometimes rates change without our knowledge. Although payment policies differ slightly for the different villa management companies and the individual owners we represent, in general, a 25% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. We do not charge a service fee.
Get a mansion for just the two of you! Some villas offer lower rates for smaller groups, for example you can rent a four bedroom villa for just 2 people. These reduced prices are always based on 2 persons per bedroom. The unused bedrooms are usually locked off. Even when you don't rent the whole villa it will be completely yours. The other bedrooms are never rented out to another party.
Bedrooms "+1" indicates smaller additional bedroom (good for child and/or nanny). Travelling with babies or children? For some villas, esp. those with larger bedrooms, it is possible to sleep more than 2 persons by adding a crib or a rollaway bed.
