With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths the villa features beautiful outdoor terraces with 3 pools: one for the main villa, one for the master bedroom and a cascading one around the outdoor bar area. Air conditioned throughout, the villa has a sumptuous living area with large screen TV and a very spacious gourmet kitchen. Each of the luxurious bedrooms has an en-suite bath and the master also has it own terrace with Jacuzzi.
Located within the gated community of Anse aux Acajoux in Terres Basses the villa is just minutes from St. Martin’s finest beaches. There is also flood lit tennis court accessible to the owners and guests of the six properties within the residence.
