Villa Marrakesh was built for pleasure. Located in the Dutch Lowlands, with a fantastic view across the Simpson Bay Lagoon to Terres Basses, this house has everything you need for a relaxing and inspiring vacation. Villa Marrakesh may be rented as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom house, and has been carefully designed to provide the best possible villa experience.

You can cook a terrific meal in the gourmet kitchen while sipping wine from the well stocked wine refrigerator. You can dine outdoors on the pool deck accompanied by music from the indoor/outdoor sound system, or go out to eat at one of Marigot's restaurants, only a 10 minute drive away. Cupecoy and Mullet Bay beaches are within walking distance. There is a computer available for your use with a DSL internet connection. You can enjoy the home theater system with a selection from the DVD/VHS library, or soak in a jacuzzi bathtub and savor the view.

The only regrettable thing about Villa Marrakesh is that you may never want to leave!

Flat Screen TV's: All rooms will now have flat screens. The bedrooms will have LCD 32" screens, while the living room has a 50" Plasma.
Movie and Music Library: 600 CD's and 500 movies, mostly DVD's
French Soaps: All bathrooms are stocked with soaps from L'Occitane en Provence.
Champagne: Welcome bottle of champagne on arrival.
Honor Liquor Bar: Stocked with Chivas Regal and Johnnie Walker Black ,12 year old scotches, Grey Goose and Level 1 vodka, Courvoisier VSOP cognac, Bombay Dry gin, Mount Gay rum Extra Old, Bailey's Irish Cream and other fine liquors
Top Quality Sheets and Towels: All our sheets are 800 thread count of the finest Egyptian cotton. Our towels are densely absorbent 825-gram Turkish combed cotton used by world class hotels.
Artwork: Many original paintings lend grace and warmth to the walls.

New Pool: River rock, Stainless steel ladder, Starburst LED pool lights that change their 8 colors automatically. Beautiful water line tile.
High speed internet and wireless connectivity: Two top of the line PC's hooked up the a high speed DSL connection, together with an Ethernet port in the downstairs master. There is also a wireless network that covers the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the deck.
Satellite TV: Over 100 channels.
Non toxic house and laundry products: We use only non toxic, bio degradable cleaners and detergents. For the house the sheets and towels and the washing machine. These are all imported from the USA.
Carpets: Most rooms have either a silk or wool Oriental carpet.

Outdoor grill/ BBQ: A new 5 burner 60,000 BTU Vermont Castings Grill ( This is the highest rated grill by consumer reports ). It has a 15,000 BTU side burner, a 20,000 BTU rotisserie burner infrared heater, and integrated LED grill light. Exclusive backlit console lighting and porcelain coated cast-iron cooking grates.
Mosquito Magnet: This keeps our home mosquito free.
Whole house water system: from Life Source: This is a carbon system and uses no salt or chemicals. ALL the water in the house is filtered, including bath and shower water. "You get more toxic exposure from taking a shower than from drinking the same water" Major University study as reported in "Science News" Vol 130. This system is in the homes of the following, among many others.
