Villa "La Louisiane"

This delightful villa is located on Mt. Rouge in the exclusive French side residential area of Terres Basses. La Louisiane has been constructed in a true West Indian design while offering all the modern conveniences to ensure an enjoyable villa vacation. Perched on the hillside, the villa enables one to enjoy a fantastic view of Baie Rouge Beach and the neighboring island of Anguilla.

The main house consists of four large air conditioned bedrooms on two levels each with private marble bathroom and ocean view. There is also a separate apartment with 2 air conditioned bedrooms and a shared marble bathroom and kitchenette. The tremendous living room with sliding glass doors on the seaside opens to the dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped. The villa is furnished tastefully in a mix of teak and rattan.

In addition, a covered gallery which wraps around the entire seaside of the house, can be accessed from any bedroom as well as the living room area. Just a few stairs down from the gallery is the pool, surrounded by tropical gardens and trees to ensure total sunbathing privacy. The private tennis court is situated down a small path below the pool.
