La Vista is a small, quaint resort nestled at the foot of Pelican Key. Done in an Antillean style, where all rooms have a fresh European look with a spectacular ocean view. Although a restaurant and swimming pool are on property, the nearby Pelican Resort provides watersports, casino, shops and a health spa. La Vista Resort has only thirty-three units divided in seven different categories:

Junior Suite
king bed, kitchenette, living and dining area, bath with shower, large terrace; some with ocean view
DeLuxe Suite
king bed and sofa bed, kitchenette, living and dining area, bath with shower, large private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean (= image above)
Penthouse Suite
bedroom with king bed, bath with shower on first level, up a spiral staircase to second level with living room with pull-out sofa-bed, dining area, kitchenette and bath with shower. This suite has a magnificent ocean view.

One Bedroom Cottage
private, separate structure with one bedroom (king bed) living room with pull-out sofa-bed, dining area, kitchenette and bath with shower. Charming replica of traditional Antillian home with large porch and ocean view.

All kitchenettes consist of 2 burners, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and small appliances. They are all furnished with silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. Every unit at La Vista has air-conditioning, color cable T.V. (25 channels), a safe deposit box at a minimal fee, direct dial telephones and electrical generator in case of island power failure.

All of these units are fully air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, direct dal telephone, cable TV, safe deposit box at a minimal fee. Fully equipped kitchens with 2 burners, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, small appliances, dinnerware and cutlery.

Deposits: A three night deposit is required to guarantee reservations during high season, and a one night deposit is required during off season. No one night reservations during high season.

Cancellation policy: A 3 night room revenue penalty penalty will apply during season if canceled within 21 days of arrival. A 1 night room revenue penalty will apply during off season if canceled within 14 days of arrival.
