Villa Laguna

Villa Laguna is located in the French Lowlands very near Baie Rouge beach. This delightful two bedroom, two bath home overlooks both Simpson Bay lagoon and the ocean facing Marigot and the British island of Anguilla.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and bath across the hall. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a large pool and deck area for swimming and sunning.

A covered gallery separates the house from the pool offering a shaded area to relax or dine. Truly an indoor-outdoor home with sliding glass doors opening on two sides of the living room to the deck. Comfortably furnished in Caribbean rattan design with brightly colored fabrics. A great kitchen with bar top counter is perfect for congenial entertaining.

Laguna is less than a five minute walk to one of the islands most popular beaches, Baie Rouge. A perfect home for a couple or small family.

Caretaker lives on property in separate cottage at main gate.
