Wow I had the exact same experience as you with both places. Just returned last night. We loved Pineapple Pete's on our last visit so we went back and Pierre was as friendly as ever. They added a special grouper dish to the menu and we took his advice and ordered it right on the money as was his lobster thermidor last trip.
