Oops, almost forgot. Here's a big discount sale, ironically, by Ticketmaster. This is a rare occurrence and usually Ticketmaster isn't the way to go. Summer is a slow period which accounts for this sale, but it looks like a good one. Seriously doubt it'll look like a warehouse. Unless you just look it from a balloon. And why would anyone want to see the hotel to be destroyed by a hurricane? All the villas etc. would also be destroyed, not to mention the beach itself. Plus, the hotel would probably be in ruins for sometime and that wouldn't help the beach experience, if there's a beach at all.

An ambitious schedule, and your research seems to have paid off rather well. I think most people don't get to St. Barts or Anguilla/Shoal Bay until sometime after a few trips.
