Ed, Perhaps there should be a reason stated to close threads but it's not our call. I know there are brothels on the island but I did not perceive that post as to be humorous at all. Allenj, I have not purchased a watch from Love but I have purchased quite a few other pieces of jewelry from him and have always been satisfied. He has opened another store, this one on Front St. in Phillipsburg, that is in addition to the one in Marigot. Annie

Pat, we have had several great lunches at Gutside. Last November he was closed on Mondays. I am not sure what time he stops serving lunch but I do know if you show up and Richard is there he will definitely cook you something. If I remember correctly, he generally opens at six for dinner. Richard is a very nice man and has a lovely wife, Lourdes. Annie

I believe that Columbian Emeralds carry Breitling. There are several other stores that do, also, but I can't remember the names of them. Just walk down Front St. and look in the windows! Annie

Pat, I honestly think that she could walk with a stroller down from Great Bay Hotel to the Sea Palace and then pick up the boardwalk from there. I know that Paul and I have walked it many times from the Villas on Great Bay and it is not a bad walk. I know that there are sidewalks outside the Villas but I can't remember if they go down as far as the Sea Palace. Senior moment you know. A

Anon, she does not have the two resorts confused. After Great Bay Hotel did their last renovations part of it became timeshares and was named Royal Islander at Great Bay. Both the Maho location and the Great Bay location are owned by the same person/people. Annie

Ginna...we just got back from five weeks on the island and stayed at the Villas on Great Bay. We have stayed there five or six times and are very happy with them.
