while there, try Daniel's By the Sea. It is Mr. Busby's during the day.. at night they put out tablecloths and fancy silverware and it turns into a lovely Italian restaurant. If you are fmailiar with Da Livio's in philipsburg, it is the same menu and the same staff and it is fabulous

someone just posted on TTOL that a reasonable settlement has been offered the owners if all agree. they have to reply by 6/1/06. Let's hope that can happen!

I am sorry but I don't know any other details. Building 90 was the large building on the cliff to the right of the Mullet Bay Beach. It was a separate lawsuit apparently. the newspaper article indicated that the ruling might open some doors for a favorable ruling for other owners, but I guess no one knows for sure at this point.

go to the top of the hill in Marigot where the old Fort Louis is..not much tos ee but it's a great view up there. there is a nice small musuem in Philipsburg in the Speetjens Arcade. visit the Old House overlooking Orient Bay. those are some historical things to do.

you are conveniently located near the Atlantis Casino area which has a lot of nice restaurants. to get to the airport, you have to walk through Mullet Bay which you definitely don't want do at night.
