the island is a small island and you can easily pass back and forth between the Dutch side and the French side. There is much to do. many beaches, beach bars, water sports, wonderful restaurants,local markets etc. Be sure to rent a car so you can travel to everything.

reliable internet? 3 choices Telem Caribserve Scarlett Maybe CableNet if it's in your area. can't vouch how reliable they are everyone complains about how slow internet is on the dutch side. well, I asked around and the consensus seems to be there is no place in Grand case that sells them but you can probably get them at the hotels. But I was told the french lottery stores sell USA papers and there is apprently one in Hope Estate. Good luck!
