Just a BTW - I was addressing Barbara concerning her not being on the island at the time. She and I have had that discussion a while ago. Andrea you jumped to the conclusion that I was talking about you and I wasn't. Th storm was absolutely horrifying. To sit 6-8 hours in the eye wall, with wind gusts up to 200 MPH. To stay in the same room for 36 hours while riding out the storm, you

I have to agree about the name of the parties, It's one reason I would go if there was one to attend. The resumptious nature of some of the members really made we laugh. It's a cycle, the first time you visit, you fall in love or you don't. If you fall in love, you accept everything as it is now. These people don't know what it was like years before; just like we didn't

Don't mind you posted it at all - it is very important that people know that this board is out of the heart of a gentleman and his family. Known that from the start.

It is so wonderful to see this forum come back to it's first intent - info about SXM and it's people. Initially, a forum was started (by Gert) for people concerned about the effects of Hurricane Luis and the Carib in general. SO many people were focused on SXM, that Gert spun off this forum concerned only with SXM. It's first intent, was knowing what happened after the stor
