Hi Norbert: I am sure, he had a buccaneer shirt on and I was referred to him by the cook at the grill. He was in the shed area by the restrooms, reading the paper. He did not come out when the cook called him, just continued to read his paper. I waited and then went over to him and asked him abut the umbrella. Guess he did not like being disturbed. The newsletter I received today is the first I have heard about any assessments on to timeshare owneres on the island. What happens if we do not pay the assessment? The newsletter did not mention any consequence if it is not paid. I would appreciate any information you may provide regarding this issue.
