For just the day & to max out a good time, crewed would work. WE don't need some fully catered deal either; we can bring our own food & drinks. Last year the Sunset Bar had a live band playing on a few nights. Sunday late afternoon at Boo Boo Jam was fun too. Best grilled whole red snapper on the Island too. The music scene is an ongoing evolution on SXM ...any new happenings this early Dec? T&D

I presume that most all the restaurants on the French side are charging in Euros. Frankly, we think the food & atmosphere to be better in Grand Case or Marigot- just a personal choice over the last 12 years. With the dollar tanking its' quite a hit to do anything in Euros or British pounds nowadays. Are there any establishments giving the tourists a break?? T&D
