No, what I mean is, are both properties timeshares? I think I would want fixed weeks each year...wouldn't I? lol... I would buy at the La Vista (upper grounds) I suppose. Whatever would meet my $$$. I know it's something I need to check out. The property (ies) look wonderful. And from what I can tell, the price seems good too.

Fun thread.... I am so hooked on SXM I can't stand it!!!! I look on this site everyday, at least 10 times just to see what's happenin'. I know Georgia owns there, but the reason I'm asking here is in case someone else may interested in purchasing a timeshare there. My question is, can you buy at both the beach resort as well as the upper part? Not sure at the moment what it called. If it just La Vista or what.

Grumpy, We have been there before. And yes, we do like it. If I had to pick 1 thing that I didn't like about it? It's that it's away from everything. I prefer to stay close to where everything is, but it's not a big deal. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Philippe, Do you maybe think he "adopted" her to someone who was leaving the island? Is that possible? I know people adopt dogs from down there and bring them back home. I don't know what kind of formalities that one has to do for that to happen.
