I do not know what type of business you are using with those data rates - but if it is a web hosted service - you can have it hosted almost anywhere in the world with your own domain name. There is DSL and some cable internet in areas - as a visitor I cannot tell you specifically where and what the data rates are - but I have used my computer with good service on wifi connections. I personally know one of the moderators - and they do not hide or mask any truth. Just clarify facts when needed. As far as deleted advertisements - or totally irrelevant postings - I applaud them.
