NO! There are few 'Rhum Shoppes" on the beaches of SXM. There are still some on Anguilla, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Jost van Dyke, St Kitts and other less developed Islands, even Culabra (Puerto Rico).

The production crew was on Island in January 2010. I spoke with them for a while and there may be additional footage of Caribbean Bars to come.. The name Sunset Beach Bar is/was registered to the N.V. (corporation), which started the bar, at the Chamber of Commerce. If the company, West Indies Dive Bar N.V. still exists, it may have the rights to the name..............

The cistern network is mostly in the buildings on your right as you drive into the main plaza, and some dead ahead too. Look for small doors at ground height on the sides of the buildings. If you take a ferry from Anguilla to French Saint Martin, YES. There are ferries which do go to the Dutch side too. Not sure of your need for Dutch Sint Maarten....??
