Buying a 2 bd apartment in St Marteen or St Martin

Hi,

I am spanish living in Portugal but I am thinking of moving to St Martin or St Marteen to spend the rest of my life with my family.
I ve been there once and coming back againt in the middle of this year because I just loved to travel there! I had already lived in Brazil before so I am used to the hot weather, mosquitos....not much with the hurricanes though!

I am looking for a reliable Real State Agency to get some information about how the real state market is going on in the island.

I would appreciate any help, indication, hints, or any more information about this.
