Importing a Motorcycle

Hello,

I work on a yacht and I'm currently in Florida.

I would like to bring my motorcycle on the yacht down to SXM for the season then return it to Florida in April.

I have a few questions.

What procedures would i have to follow to legally do this?

IS there any Tax?

Do i require insurance?

I will be arriving on the Dutch side.

yes insurance is required. an you must have sxm plates on it. If you do not have a residency you will not be able to register your bike though..
