Internet in SXM

I've got a question for the inhabitants of Saint Martin,

Most of the people in St Martin get their internet from Guadeloupe, on websites it will show that they are there, so not in St Martin, but some people in St Martin do have their internet location in St Martin, is there any way anyone can tell me how to do this, to have your IP in St Martin and not in Guadeloupe, it's hobby related smiling smiley

I don't think it is possible to distinguish, it is internal matter for the ISPs.

I guess I am puzzled or maybe you are.........Are you differentiating between the French side vs. the Dutch side.
If your internet connection is from the French side (St. Martin) it makes sense that Guadalupe may show as the source.
On the Dutch side (Sint Maarten), it should never show a Guadalupe source.
