Blue Mall Opening?

I was most recently on the Island in January and noticed the structure now referred to as The Blue Mall had made some progress after what seemed to be a dormant period. Is there any indication as to when it may open? If so does the timeframe seem achievable?

They say November. But they said that last November also. Hard to tell because all the work is on the inside now building out the stores. Driving by I don't see any walls going up!

Finally!!!!! Blue Mall will open on February 17th 2012.....Theres going to be so very good stores and franchise such as yogen fruz, Hugo Boss, Planet Sport, Timberland and many others.....
