Is this THE tower?

While scanning old SXM pics I found this one from the cliffs of Beacon Hill 1987, overlooking Simpson Bay.

Huh, looks an awful lot like that tower people were anaylyzing in B's old photo with those silly "boulders".

Damn.

The cliffs along Simpson Bay, Beachside Villas in the background maybe early 90's??
