I think it a view from the lagoon also, but I think it more to the left than Port DePlaisance. More directed view to the border?

smoking smiley ha. ha. Irina. But, at THIS time I was on our yacht (lmfao.... it was a dingy - but I thought we were riding high on the hog!) in Simpson Bay, as a kid, on vacation in the Caribbean..... lovin' life.... ahhhhhh.....thumbs up
