Hi guys. I just read that Le Cottage would be closing June 7th-july !0---Right when we will be there. Bummer--we had read such raves about it and were really looking forward to it. What are some of ya'lls favorite comparable restaurants (Quality and price)? I'm sure everyone has there favorites. Thanks guys.

We were there just a week ago. They are experimenting with a French Tapas menu, it was a disappointing experience...although service as always was excellent.

The next day we decided to finally go to l'auberge gourmande which we for some reason have skipped in the past. What a mistake that was, to skip it! It was far superior to Le Cottage on their traditional menu, services was excellent.

We'll see what happens with Le Cottage but right now we a certain favorite on the island.

Auberge Gourmande over the years has been consistently one of the best restaurants on the island.

Bruno said that once they return from vacation they will resume the regular menu as the current menu is a lot of work.

The rave reviews for Le Cottage, unlike some other places', are well earned. You'll have to go there on a future trip. We also love Temptation, in Cupecoy. Not French, but also top-notch food, service, and similar in price.
