Second major resort reported this week thats not paying the room tax that they collect from unsuspecting guests. Is this list going to grow like Tiger Woods cheat list? Does this "letter" that they possess give them the right to collect the money and not turn it over to the govt.????

It sounded like they had paid the tax, but were trying to get it back, based upon the letter. Did I misunderstand the article?
