Barefoot and Airport proximity

Have been trying to get infor about Barefoot at Simpson Bay, St Maarten, St. Martin (St Maarten), Caribbean.

I have all the standard web sites and information from them. The one thing I cannot determine is the proximity to the Airport and if it is distracting, like, I would guess Maho would be?

Don't want to be on a flight path overhead.

Most Everything else I see looks good. We are looking at the "Beachfront Luxury Ground Floor" unit.

Any thoughts or recommendations appreciated.

We stayed the last 2 years on Simpson Bay and no, you do not hear the planes. It is well enough away from the airport so you'll have a Wonderful time without the air traffic!
Is Barefoot a timeshare or a condo? We're hunting for a rentable condo of course to visit each year winking smiley
