We will be staying at Oyster Bay and want to know of some great restaurants in that area so that we do not have to drive so far at night. Can anyone give us a heads up on some in that region.

Within walking distance, you have Big Fish. Daniel's by the Sea/Busby's is also right there, but nothing special IMO (although Daniel's has a following).

On the other side of Oyster Pond, Capt. Oliver's, Le Planteur, La Fregate, and Quai Ouest are all good.

More casual/basic food options are the Dinghy Dock and Mama's Pizza.

I would not bother with the restaurants at the of the worst meals I've had on the island.

Big Fish was very good and Dinghy Dock for casual dining. Dinghy Dock is also great for daily happy hour from 5-7, $2 pour your own top shelf's. We had sushi at the Westin's Ocean, and it was delicious. Had dinner at Captain Oliver's (nice ambiance) -- good ala carte menu with great views of marina.

Dane, I agree about the Westin! Some of the worst food and service has been at the Westin. I've only been there twice, both times meeting friends, or I wouldn't have returned.

My favorites are Big Fish, Beau Beau's, Mama's Pizza. Busby's/Daniel's by the Sea has been hit or miss the past few years

From Oyster Bay Resort it would be on the left side of the road. There are many items on the menu mostly pizza and sandwichs

I do not think they would delivery. They do have carry out but remember cash no credit cards. Parking can also be a problem but we just parked along the side of the road and look when you step out.

We are staying at Sapphire Beach Club on Dutch side and would like to know reasonably priced places to buy fresh fruit & vegetables, wine, grocery store and good bakery on Dutch side?
