Very funny!!!Yrs ago(81) I lost a reservation request because my letter traveled by BOAT. It took many weeks and I had to stay at MB instead.

So, I would guess this is taken from somewhere near the overlook on the hill from Cole Bay going east, looking back towards Simpson Bay and the airport?

I agree and I loved the water views from the main rd thru SB to the airport....Remember how DARK that whole area was at night. No lights from buildings or street lights and only a few cars on the rd.The only lights I remember were those red ones on the mountain tops and the airport search light until MB Casino from the hill.

Those peaks at the horizon,right of center, seem to be St Bart's.

It is the lowlands of st maarten

Wrong direction for St. Barths its still SXM.I think north east should be St. Barths viewing direction.
