When is Carnival?

We are staying at La Marina Residences April 12th-19th and would love to participate in the festivities

Where can I get info on what is going on and where?

April 16th - May 3rd (or May 4th depending on where you read on that website) and here is a website all about it:

Seems you will be there at that time but you would need to check the calendar to see what activities are during that time.
