Communicating with the Sapphire Beach Club

Does anyone know how to reach the Sapphire Beach Club?? Phone calls are always busy, They "Never" answer an e-mail and a fax is never answered. We are visiting soon and need to speak to reservations. Ready to pull my hair out.

Trying to reach Sapphire is a feat in itself. I've gotten in touch with them at
011 599 545 2242/2250. Fax 011 599 545 2507
You may get through and put to voicemail.....and hopefully will get a return call.
Do you know your Sales Reps extention? That may get a return call.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I'm so disgusted with those boneheads I could flip. I'll be better off having an advance group tell them I'm coming.

during our stay last July there were elevator problems all week (especially the day of our departure when we had to walk to the 7th floor}. We were awarded this bonus week, good for 1 year. We would like to redeem this gift during the week of May 28th (checking in on May 30th and out on June 2nd) for a period of 4 days.

Please send the confirmation for this booking to my email as soon as possible so I can book my airline flight. Thank you for your immediate attention in this matter.
