Hello Folks !
I'm currently having problems getting unto TTOL and some other sites ?
Anyone else having the same problems ?
For example I can get Yahoo , CNN, but no MSN nor Amazon !

You may have a bug in your system. Maybe if you clear your cache or cookies you may be able to get in. Also if you have a program like "Spybot Search and Destroy", you may be able to clear out those pesky programs that worm their way into your computer and stop you from seeing some sites. It's a free program that I use occasionally to clean out the bad guys. I usually remove the actual program and reinstall it when I want it.

The reason I do this is because sometimes if you leave it going in your system, it slows everything down to a crawl. Instead of having the program automatically installed, I save the .exe file to my computer and install it myself at will and then remove it at will.

There's another thing I do because I have a similar experience with my laptop so I actually shut down the Wifi on my laptop with a program that's already in the computer, and then I renew my IP address. This is more complicated but I actually had to do it this morning.

Make sure it's "Spybot Search and Destroy". There seem to be others that are just called Spybot. When you do a search, use the whole phrase.

After sysbot and ccleaner - still no luck.

BTW to the person uninstalling and installing sysbot - instead, after rebooting, end the Teatime (or teatimer) process thru taskmanager. That is the pig that sysbot has runing in the background.

My google redirect problem stopped, but still not able to get beyond the first page on TTOL.

Yes Barbara , I do have sintmaarten.net . Will call back the Techician. JUst spoke to him but it might have to do with my area ?
The Head person at Telnet is also checking on it .

According to the Technician the problem is with Telnet. We checked his Computor that has Caribeserve and it was fine. Also spoke to The Supervisor at Telnet and she said that someone else has the same problem. Hopefully someone will show up this afternoon from Telnet at my home . Real pain !

OH God, waiting for them to show up.....that can take forever.
