The three of us are arriving on the 11th of December for 32 days.

My wife's sister lives on the island..this won't be our first (or last) visit.

If any reader wants to swap homes with us...we have a 3-4 bedroom freestanding house in the 14th arr. of Paris for your consideration. It's in a very quiet and charming courtyard, metro,bus and tram just a few minute's stroll....

The exchange doesn't have to be simultaneous as we are retired and travel several weeks throughout the year...

What a dream to spend the Holidays in Paris!
But, we will be in SXM this year.

I've been reading the all the 'gobeach forum' posts on every subject as if they are each chapters in a great novel!

It's apparent that many of the posters are actually living on the island. I'd be surprised if many of the readers weren't locals as well.

I can't think of any better way to do research on St. Martin as everything I learn is taught by real characters with whom I can actually communicate....

Like us, perhaps they might consider private accommodation over any previously arranged stay with family or friends.
