Went to Captain Oliver’s Saturday night’s “all you can eat” buffet and were very impressed with the selection and quality of the food. We thought it was well worth $45 pp (not including drinks) for everything they had there. Amongst the cold offerings there were different types of salads, cheese table, sliced cold smoked fish (few different kind), shrimp, Italian cold cuts and other stuff. For the hot offerings they had soup, lobster (cut on half and plenty of it) with side if melted butter, ham, roast beef, chicken, ribs, 2-3 different kinds of fish, mussels and all kinds of veggie-rice-potatoes dishes to go with it. Delish! Also to finish off the meal you had selection of deserts and fruit salad. They kept all the trays full all the time (even lobster tray) so you didn’t have to scrape last piece off the bottom. Service was very good, didn’t have to wait for your drinks or to clear the table. Philippe has done a fine job with this place, he was there making sure that everything was running smoothly. Two thumbs up!
