The one in Orient Bay was the "Fish Bar" and they were locaed in Nettle Bay before moving to Orient.

Like John said, the Big Fish is not located at the Entrance of Captain Oliver's, but on the other side of the Oyster Pond, near the entrance of the Oyster Bay Beach resort, on the dock accross from Mr Busby,s parking lot.

what is big fish like? how are the prices? euros or dollars? price range? thanks

We ate there a little more than a year ago and this is what I had written then:


You have your choice of about 10 different fishes, halibut, salmon, grouper, mahi-mahi, etc. along with several sauces. I choose the grouper in a dill buerre blanc. A delicious piece of grouper was lightly battered and sautéed with the sauce on top. A mound of mashed potatoes infused slightly with curry, some mixed veggies, a piece of fried flat bread and two pieces of unusually friend plantains that were delicious. Price was $18.95 for that particular entrée. My husband had his choice of several cuts of meat and choose a porterhouse medium rare, again you could choose several sauces but he had it plain.

Same sides came with his meal. With cocktails we paid $60+ which included a coconut shrimp appetizer we split. Four big shrimp served in a nice dish with 4 wells and each shrimp was placed on top of a unique sauce. One was better than the other.

There are several exotic choices on the menu including Ostrich and frogs legs along with a duck dish and several other meals. A diverse menu.
