B - are they chairs out there part of the Westin? or whatever resort that is? Is Mr. B's different from Joan?

Westin has nothing to do with it..that's on the other end of the beach.
Mr Busby's is different than Joan's.
Joan had her own little place which was Ms B's,and now she just has the concession for beach chairs.
Mr. Busby's is Daniel's by the Sea at night.

The owners of Mr Busby's is not related in ANY way to Ms B's. Ms B's now operates only a chair concession on Dawn Beach. She and her partner have a license to rent chairs on Dawn Beach. The owner of Mr Busby's and his landload have been renting chairs on Dawn Beach fo several year with NO license. They have paid NO TAXES on their rentals for several years.
They have their employeew public park in the very few public parking spots forcing the public to pay to park in Mr Busby's lot.
I know many enjoy Mr Busby's and Daniel By the Sea, but their business practices are based on greed and illegal practices. THEY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED.

this is good to know. i will ONLY rent from joan this is just another example of the corrupt doings of the st martin police.
if everyone boycotts mr busby's then he will be out of business really quickly!
