hi guys
just to let you know I am still alive.
no phone..that means no internet. most of the dutch side has no or limited electricity.
we are in a mess but we will survive.
I am sitting in the parking lot of Gourmet Marhe in simspon bay using a smartwifi card from Telem.
I have no idea when or how often I can get online.
\it will be a hit and miss kind of thing I guess.
I miss everoyne and I feel very out of touch.

Barbara,
We have wireless up here in NY, as always you and Dee are welcome to come and visit....we have penty of room, but I really do not think that you would like the weather....It went to 29 degrees last night and we had a thick frost. Just wanted to remind you that you have an open invite. Hope you survive your no electricity issues.

good Sunday morning everyone
we got power back last night. YAY!
and then we got cable TV back too..double YAY!
internet is another story.
you got it right Bruce..I am going crazy without internet.
so I got in my car this morning and sat in the driveway. ready to drive to chesterfield's, and guess what?
I picked up someone'signal
Triplee YAY!
so I don't have to leave home!
well, I have to leave the house and go to my car I guess LOL
feeling a little more normal now..if sitting in your car on the internet is normal LOL

we are all ok..thanks for all the good wishes... and I am really OK this morning. Telem came and hooked up our underground lines. so we have electricity, cable tv, and now phone and internet..just like normal.
the utility companies are really doing a fantastic job of getting us up and running.
