LMAO! Ain't that the truth...

Thanks for the laughs.... if I can think of any others, I'll add but for now, I think that you both have them covered nicely!

Oh wait... here is one:

writer #1: With all this talk, I am so disgusted, I'm giving up going to the island!
writer #2: Well, I am so disgusted, I'm selling my timeshare tomorrow!
writer #1: I am so really really disgusted, I'm never going back to the island!
writer #2: I am so really really disgusted, I'm definitely selling my timeshare tomorrow!
writer #1: Hey writer #2, I'll see you on Orient in a few weeks!
writer #2: Yep, see ya there after I check into my timeshare!

We edited and deleted your comment because we do not allow name calling on this board. Or was your comment part of the top 10 list, but you should have been more specific in posting. Thanks for understanding,
Kind regards,
Philippe and Barbara

One of my favourites is "can I bring meat to SXM." On SXM World class cuisine, and they want to brown bag it. Probably would bring a mate to an orgy. Oh yeah the prolific poster "some car rentals leave you stranded at the airport"

Ain't life grand?

I had the right to remain silent...but I didn't.

I can understand someone wanting a recommendation for a rental (of anything), especially if they are new to the island, but the bickering...oh the bickering....as if these people have a share in the money! You see these rental people for 5 minutes (if at all) the whole trip and all of a sudden they're the greatest thing since sliced bread. All they are doing is providing a service. That is their job. It doesn't take much talent, just good business practice. A mere recommendation is all that is needed and without embellishment.

Praising a Chef for his wonderful dinner...now that is worth a great recommendation due to his awesome talent but praising a rental agent....? Sure makes me wonder where people's priorities lie.

ou.. oou.. ooouuuuuu....I have another one!

Questioner: I would like to stay on the Dutch side of the island closest to activities, nightlife, and great restaurants. Can anyone suggest a good place to stay?

Answer 1: Stay on the French side... you can always drive at night
Answer 2: Stay on the French side... you don't really want nightlife, do you?
Answer 3: Stay on the French side... why would you want all that traffic?
Answer 4: Stay on the French side... There are no good restaurants on the Dutch side!
Answer 5: Stay on the French side... Why would you want to get robbed!
And then my all time favorite is...
Answer 6: Stay on the French side... then you can go nude!

Questioner: uhh....thanks I guess...
