For C&M: perhaps you should consider (gated) Grand Case Beach Club...directly on the beach overlooking Anguilla...good security...lovely open air restaurant serving good food...great beach with lounge chairs...watersports booking on premises, etc. Grand Case "restaurant row" is within walking distance. If you're brave enough to chance walking, there, normally, is security along the path. My husband and I always walk. Also, rental car is a must to enjoy the island properly. I'm certain you'll make the best decision suitable for you. Have a GREAT time!

So far so good! I just hope that the Dutch side will take similar measures so the whole island is cleaned up, otherwise, yes the French side will be a bit safer but the Dutch side may be the heaven for the thugs.... They just go to the side where THEY feel safe to do what the want to do...since there is no border confused smiley

Kind Regards,
Philippe

Philippe, Great news and much needed help. They also need more help at HQ to take crime incident reports from tourists.During our 2 week trip at the end of Feb we saw BICYCLE POLICE around GC and the by-pass rd areas. Do you know if they are still being used or are certain groups working only during winter season.

Bob we saw the bike police several times cruising the Orient area in the days following our attack ..i think they would be very effective in the long run

Bruce, Yes I agree. I asked about them because I noticed they had new bicycles and figured they were a new group adding additional protection.Bicycle police can get to areas a car patrol can't.Lets hope they travel to other areas besides around LePub in GC. HaHa I saw several in Orient Village one day last Feb too. Lets hope they are effective in deterring crime.

Especially for island extreme conditions, our Roll Up Shutters consists on aluminum parts, stainless steal and plastic components for oxidation resistance.
To match your house / business color you can choose betwen White or Brown teak.
Any other color will require longer delivery time.
