Ok, I just wanted to start a new thread on the topic since the original one has about 244 comments and it start to be difficult to follow through it...
So, since this picture of Juliana Airport taken in 1963 was recently published, I wanted to post here (beside my blog ), thinking some of you could be interrested:

We can talk about changes uhg...!

Kind Regards,
Philippe

I think that's what they did. I had to scan it, but the newspaper priting quality was poor so I had to work on it to enhance it...smiling bouncing smiley
I know the postcard, I love it! It was also on the Calendar that I told you about thumbs up

Philippe

Barbara, Do you have a picture of the airport before the ticket counter addition was added to the right side of the terminal building around 1982.And the immigration/luggage section addition to the other side.It would be a picture of the airport from the 70's.The rental car companys were located next to the entrance of the terminal I recall. For us it had real carib airport feeling.Thanks.
